Robin M Pierson
Robin M Pierson, is the owner of Always Believe in Children and founder and executive director of ABC Care Inc which currently operates twelve school age child care centers and seven summer camps. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education at Towson State University in Baltimore Maryland. She has attended numerous yearly continuing education classes related to childcare issues, management, supervising, professionalism, curriculum childcare development and non-profit corporation structure. She has true understanding of the needs and interests of school age children and their families. Robin embraces the zeal and desire to own and run one's own business. Susan Holmes
Ms. Sue is currently serves as District Manager for ABC Care . She's been with ABC for 17 years as an Assistant Director, Site Director, District Coordinator and chairperson of our Programming and Events Committee. She's been in the education and childcare industry over 20 years and holds an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education. Sue provides training and support for our Always Believe in Children in franchisees. She also visits sites to ensure that our ABC Care High Quality Care is provided at all of our ABC Care sites.
Sylvia Nunnelle
Ms. Sylvia is currently our Director at our St. Johns Before and After program and also serves as District Manager. She's been a Camp Director with ABC for 4 years. She's been in the education and childcare industry for over 21 years and also serves as a District Coordinator as well as chairperson of the Programming and Events Committee for ABC Care. Sylvia provides program training and support to our Always Believe in Children franchisees. ABC Care and Always Believe in Children benefit greatly from Sylvia's expertise.
Kristine Geseule
Ms. Kristine is currently a Director at our Friendship Valley Before and After ABC Care program. She's been with ABC for 3 years and is also a District Manager. She's been in the education and childcare industry for 10 years and holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. Ms. Kristine is also the chairperson of our Licensing and regulations Committee that ensures each center and camp pass all of their various licensing inspections! She provides training, support and guidance to franchisees.
Anne Pittman - Bookkeeper
Anne is the bookkeeper for ABC Care and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the billing and accounts receivable for ABC Care families in an accurate and timely matter. Anne also does the payroll processing for the employees, along with other administrative tasks as directed by the financial manager.
Shelly J. Smith _ Administrative Assistant
Shelly assists parents and staff with numerous communication responsibilities in a professional and pleasant manner. She prepares arrangements for meetings, and is able to meet deadlines as assigned. She assists greatly in the day-to-day functions in the front office as the needs arise. Shelly will provide backup to our centers if we become short-staffed and is a motivated and productive team-player.
Kim Incorvati – Office Manager
Kim is the Office Manager who oversees the daily operation of the administrative office of ABC Care, Inc. She supervises them in coordinating all communications for ABC Care. She works closely with directors and coordinators with various assigned duties and communications.
